These Terms apply to all contracts concluded between Artisans Effort and customers through this website unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The presentation of products on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. A contract is only concluded when we expressly accept your order or dispatch the ordered goods.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing information are accurate. Minor variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur due to handcrafted production or differences in display devices.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown on this website are in Euro (€) and include applicable statutory VAT where required.

Shipping charges, customs duties and additional delivery costs are displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout. We reserve the right to refuse certain payment methods for individual orders.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Artisnas Effort until full payment has been received.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

The statutory warranty rights under German law apply to all products sold through our website.

If a product is defective upon delivery, customers are entitled to the statutory remedies, including repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract where the legal requirements are fulfilled.

In cases of slight negligence, we shall only be liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability shall be limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

We are not obliged and do not undertake to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless required by law.
